Asphalt Rejuvenation Requires Reduced Lanes on Oliver Road

Traffic lanes will be reduced on Oliver Road between Highway 11/17 and Mapleward Road beginning Monday, August 17 to allow for Hot-In-Place Recycling of the existing asphalt pavement. This process involves heating and partially removing the existing pavement, mixing it with a rejuvenator and a small amount of new asphalt, and re-laying the recycled pavement.

Work will take place overnight from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and is expected to take approximately six nights to complete, weather permitting. For everyone’s safety, motorists are reminded to drive with caution near the construction zone.
