Calendar of Special Events Celebrate 25 Years at 55 Plus Centre

August 19, 2016 - The Thunder Bay 55 Plus Centre is celebrating its 25th Anniversary with 25 days of events, special displays, and recognition luncheons kicking off on Aug. 30.

The Centres mission is to provide quality recreational, educational and social opportunities in a welcoming environment for those over the age of 55.

The calendar of events (attached) includes things like Tai Chi demos, a book sale, Seniors Social, sing-along, line-dancing and much more. These events all lead up to a Gala Dinner and Dance at the Current River Rec Centre on Sept. 23.
