Carrick Street and Hewitson Street reopen after flooding

Carrick Street from 11^th Avenue to Hewitson Street, and Hewitson Street from Russell Street to Carrick Street, will reopen late this afternoon. The streets had been closed since Feb. 26 to address frozen culverts causing flooding.

Motorists are asked to drive with caution in the area as workers reopen the roads.
