Declaration of Surplus Property - 208 Simpson Street

Notice is hereby given that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay, at its meetings held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 respectively, declared surplus, once vested, to the City’s requirements pursuant to the City’s policies, the following property:

(C230) The lands and building municipally know as 208 Simpson Street, described as Lot 4-5, Block 2, Registered Plan W-54, having an area of 477.63 square metres or 5,151.2 square feet.  The City proposes to either demolish and sell or sell in an “as is” “where is” condition on the open market.
