Edward Street Bridge Underpass Closed for Trail Maintenance

The pedestrian underpass at the north side of the Edward Street Bridge (near the intersection of Edward Street and Parkway Drive) is closed to allow for trail maintenance.

During this closure, signage will indicate an unmarked crossing of Edward Street north of the bridge. Pedestrians are reminded to cross Edward Street with caution only when safe to do so. 

Alternatively, pedestrians can use the sidewalks on the Edward Street Bridge to access the pedestrian underpass on the south side of the bridge.

The closure is expected to be in place for approximately three weeks.

Continued investment in trails and other essential infrastructure extends the life of the City's assets, supports a reliable transportation network, and helps meet the needs of residents and businesses now and into the future.
