Longer Wait Times Expected at the Landfill Scales This Week

By City of Thunder Bay - Oct 14, 2026

Due to an issue with the weigh-scales, customers visiting the Landfill site and crossing the scales to dispose of waste may experience longer wait times this week, until repairs are completed.

Customers are invited to view the live Landfill camera at www.thunderbay.ca/landfill before coming to the site, to check on line-up length.
