Road Work on Sections of John Street Road

John Street Road, at Sunflower Street, will be reduced to one lane of traffic in the westbound direction, to allow for road work at the intersection. Those travelling eastbound will be detoured around the construction work area.

Work is estimated to take two days to complete, but weather conditions and other factors may impact project timelines.

Following this work, construction crews will move to the next work area on John Street Road, between Lawrence Road and Community Hall Road. During this work, John Street Road will be closed to through traffic. Traffic will be detoured around the work area. Work on this phase is expected to take two days to complete.

Those travelling near the construction zone are asked to use extra caution and obey all posted signage and detours.
