Section of Oliver Road to Close for Storm Sewer Work

Oliver Road will be closed to through traffic between Dalton Avenue and Enniskillen Avenue beginning on Monday, June 22, to allow for storm sewer replacement work.

During the closure, detour signage will be in place, with traffic routed around the construction zone via Balmoral Street, John Street, and Ray Boulevard. The work is expected to take approximately six weeks to complete.

Sidewalks between Dalton Avenue and Enniskillen Avenue will be closed during construction. The Oliver Road Community Centre will remain accessible via Enniskillen Avenue.

This project reflects the City’s ongoing investment in maintaining and improving essential infrastructure to support growth, enhance system reliability, and reduce the risk of flooding and service disruption.
