Digital Strategy
In today’s day and age, we find ourselves living and working in a digital, technology-driven world.
We are embracing our digital world and have developed a digital strategy for the City of Thunder Bay. The Digital Strategy is all about how we can use technology to make our community work better in the digital age. It sets out the framework for delivering customer-centred, digitally-powered City services and identifies a number of digital initiatives to be actioned.
The development of the Strategy was informed though a collaborative approach that included input from all City Divisions, committees of Council, members of City Council, the Executive Leadership Team, and the public citizens. Learn more about the public engagement for the Digital Strategy.
