HOLIDAY SWIM SCHEDULE
Churchill Pool will be CLOSED the following days in 2026.

• Monday, February 16th (Family Day) ONLY Open 1pm-4pm for Family Swim
• Friday, April 3rd (Good Friday)
• Monday, May 18th (Victoria Day)
• Monday, September 7th (Labour Day)
• Wednesday, September 30th (National Day for Truth and Reconciliation)
• Monday, October 12th (Thanksgiving)
• December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st and January 1st (2027)

As part of our commitment to provide safe and enjoyable aquatic programs for swimmers of all ages, we enforce the standards provided to us by the Ministry of Health. Please keep the following in mind when visiting our pools:

• There must be one supervising caregiver for every two children under the age of seven.
• There must be one supervising caregiver for every four children 7-9 years of age, unless child is able to pass facility swim test.
• In both cases, the supervising caregiver must be 12 years of age or older and in the water within arms reach of child. Supervising caregiver must be able to give immediate assistance.

The following table provides the swim rates for single visits and book passes.

Churchill Pool offers 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 12 month memberships. The memberships are also valid at Volunteer Pool and includes all swims and fitness classes.

The July 2026 session of swimming lessons at Churchill Pool will begin July 6th and run twice a week on either Monday and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays for 4 weeks. 

The August 2026 session of swimming lessons at Churchill Pool will begin August 4th and run twice a week on either Monday and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays for 4 weeks.

*Important: Missed lessons due to illness (including Covid) or other circumstances will not be made up.  Missed lessons will not be refunded.

Group lessons

Parent and Tot, Preschool and Swimmer 1 and 2 classes are 30 minutes long. All other classes are 45 minutes unless otherwise stated.

Rates (April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027)

• Group lessons (ten, 30-45 minute lessons) $91.70 per child
• Private lessons (ten, 30 minute lessons) $279.80 per child
• Semi-Private lessons (ten, 30 minute lessons) $204.20 per child
