Superior North EMS Commended for Recertification InspectionAugust 5, 2016 - The City of Thunder Bay has received a commendation letter from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care for standards met, and exceeded by Superior North Emergency Medical Services (SNEMS) during a recent recertification inspection.
SNEMS was successful in meeting the legislated requirements for certification as a land ambulance operator in the Province of Ontario.

Section of Oliver Road to Close for Sewer and Water WorkJuly 25, 2016 - A section of Oliver Road between Ray Boulevard and Rupert Street will be closed on Tuesday, July 26 as new sewer and water services are installed.
The closure will be in effect from 6 am to approximately 4:30 pm, or until work is complete.
