The City of Thunder Bay is reminding drivers to stay cautious as road crews continue to clean up after the first snowfall of the season.
To stay safe on the roads, here are some helpful driving tips:
- Slow down and drive carefully
- Keep plenty of space between your vehicle and others
- Be patient with other drivers
- Watch out for pedestrians and cyclists
Residents are also reminded to give snowplows and salt trucks plenty of space to operate safely and effectively when you see them on the road.
If you notice a problem, contact City Dispatch at 807-625-2195.
