Circular Materials, via their contractor, GFL now manages Thunder Bay’s curbside recycling program. This transition does not impact recycling collection frequency and accepted materials. GFL has introduced an automated recycling cart system for collecting residential curbside recycling. After July 1, 2024, blue bags may no longer be used for your recycling. Recycling carts, which have been delivered free to detached homes in Thunder Bay, are to be used for curbside recycling.
