Request for Expression of Interest – Management and Operation of the Thunder Bay Tournament Centre

The City of Thunder Bay has issued a Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) to gather information to identify the extent of available expertise and interest in the short-term management and operation of the Thunder Bay Tournament Centre.  Information gathered through this RFEOI will be used to assist in determination of future procurement options or requirements.

The City is committed to the ongoing programing and public use of the Tournament Centre for the 2025-2026 season and beyond. Formal submissions with appropriate qualifications will be considered as part of a wider review of options to ensure that the public use programming and services continue at this integral asset in Thunder Bay’s inventory of recreational facilities.

Interested parties can request a copy of the Request for Expression of Interest by emailing Senior Buyer Mohak Sharma at Mohak.Sharma@thunderbay.ca
