LU Thunderwolves hockey season packages consist of 16 home game tickets for the 2025/2026 season. At time of purchase every game ticket is printed, counted, sorted by seat and placed in an envelope for you to take home. Please keep in a safe place.

Ticket types

• Adult (19-64 years of age)
• Senior (65 years and older)
• Student (17-18 years old or valid full-time student card)
• Child (1-16 years of age)
• Person with Disability

Cost of season packages

• Prices include all taxes and fees.

Important dates for season tickets

• Season packages go on sale Wednesday September 3, 2025.
• Current season ticket holders have until the end of the business day on Tuesday September 23, 2025 to purchase their seat(s).
• Wednesday September 24, 2025 all seats become available for season packages.
• Friday October 3, 2025 at 5:30pm is the final day to buy season packages through the box office.
• After October 3, 2025, please contact Thunderwolves Hockey to purchase season seats.

Season ticket buyers responsibilities

• When purchasing season tickets confirm that all 16 tickets per seat are present before leaving the box office.
• Keep the tickets in a safe place as there are no reprints for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets.
• Do not store near a major heat source.
• Bring the right ticket to the right game.

Additional information

• When renewing season packages, seats can be exchanged to another seat for no additional fee.
• If an exchange is requested after the initial purchase, a fee of $10.00 per seat will be applied.
• Season tickets can be purchased in person or over the phone.
• The LU Thunderwolves will honour the PAL card on season tickets at a discounted rate.

• Acceptance of Terms: By reading this document and selecting the “Terms and Conditions” checkbox at checkout, you accept all terms outlined here, as well as any additional terms that may be posted at the venue from time to time.
• Electronic Signature: Selecting the checkbox serves as your electronic signature under the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) or equivalent legislation in your country. This signature forms a legally binding contract of sale. Your acceptance is recorded electronically.
• Required to Complete Purchase: You must accept these Terms and Conditions on the checkout page before you can complete your transaction.

Accessible Seating

• If your ticket purchase includes seating designated as accessible (typically reserved under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005), ushers may greet you near the accessible seating area.
• If for any reason, it is more appropriate to seat you elsewhere, you explicitly agree that you and your entire party may be re-seated at the sole discretion of the venue. Seating will be based on availability for that event.

Scalping, Secondary Market, or Problem Orders

• We do not make tickets available to scalpers or the secondary market. We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase at any time and for any reason if we determine that the order presents a potential issue or risk to the venue (including, but not limited to, financial or reputational concerns).
• Tickets cancelled by the venue more than 7 days prior to the performance will be refunded in full.
• This policy is strictly enforced if you have a history of disputing a sale.

Policies

• The venue maintains specific box office policies related to season ticket holders, single-ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the ticket purchaser acknowledges and agrees to comply with all box office policies.
• Any data you provide is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
