The City of Thunder Bay’s Live on the Waterfront outdoor concert series, presented by Ontario Power Generation, will bring an electrifying evening of classic rock to the main stage at Marina Park on Wednesday, August 20 from 6 pm – 9 pm. 

This week’s lineup celebrates Thunder Bay’s homegrown rock talent with high-energy performances and timeless hits:

  • 6:00 pm – Tin Pan Alley: Known for their dynamic musicianship and polished sound, Tin Pan Alley delivers a mix of rock classics and crowd favourites with skill, energy, and style.  
  • 7:00 pm – Page 38: A Thunder Bay staple, Page 38 brings their signature blend of rock anthems, rich harmonies, and irresistible stage presence, guaranteed to get audiences singing along.  
  • 8:00 pm – The Honest Heart Collective: Closing out the night with their powerful storytelling anthemic rock sound, The Honest Heart Collective blends heartfelt lyrics with driving rhythms to deliver a performance you won’t forget. 

Live on the Waterfront: Summer Send-Off closes out the concert series on Wednesday, August 27 and Thursday, August 28, starting at 6:30 pm each night. The August 27 line-up features country artists, while the evening of August 28 will celebrate pop, with three live bands performing each evening. In partnership with Thunder Bay International Airports Authority, Drone Light Shows will follow the live music performances on both nights creating exciting aerial performances of dazzling images in the sky above Marina Park.   

Recognized as one of “Ontario’s Top 100 Events” by Festivals & Events Ontario, Live on the Waterfront brings together music lovers of all ages to celebrate local talent, Canadian artists, and the spirit of summer in Thunder Bay. Bring your lawn chair, grab a bite from local food vendors, and enjoy an unforgettable evening of music, food, and fun by the lake.
