July 28, 2026 – The Marina Pedestrian Overpass will be closed nightly between 11 pm and 6 am, starting on Thursday, July 30.

The nightly closure will support efforts to keep this pedestrian connection clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Alternative entrances are available for those who need to access the Marina after 11 pm. These include an at-grade pedestrian entrance at Camelot Street, an at-grade vehicle and pedestrian connection at Pearl Street, and the vehicle and pedestrian Marina Park Overpass accessed from the newly constructed roundabout on Cumberland Street.

The Marina Pedestrian Overpass is inspected and cleaned regularly by City staff. To report concerns about the overpass, residents can contact the City’s 24/7 Dispatch line at 807-625-2195.
