The Muskeg Express mini train ride at Centennial Park will be back in operation starting Wednesday, July 4 after being out of service last season.

The ride was closed last year to allow for necessary inspections and repairs to be completed to ensure safe operation. Repairs to the ride have now been successfully completed, and approved by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority.

The ride is open seasonally, weather permitting, noon – 4 pm, Wednesdays to Sundays. The last ride of the day takes place at 3:50 pm. The cost for a ride is $2.75 for those 15 years of age and older, $1 for those between the ages of six and 14, and free for children five and under.
