Right to Appeal
Only the applicant, the Minister or a specified person or public body that has an interest in the matter may, within 20 days of the making of the decision, appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal against the decision of the Committee of Adjustment.

The purpose of the application is to permit a severance to facilitate the transfer of approximately 0.9 hectares of land from 975 Onion Lake Road to the adjacent property at 250 Melbourne Road as a lot addition. The retained parcel at 975 Onion Lake Road would have an approximate area of 1.1 hectares and frontage of 117 m.
If approved, the effect of this application would be to increase the lot area of 250 Melbourne Road and eliminate existing encroachments between the two properties, and to establish any easements as may be required for servicing, as set forth in the application.
The lands are zoned "RUSP10" - Rural Zone with Site-specific Provision 10, "RUSP10,H15" - Rural Zone with Site-specific Provision 10 and Development Holding Provision 15, and "EP" - Environmental Protection Zone. If approved, the effect of this application would be the elimination of an encroachment by increasing the lot area of 7057 Mapleward Road.
A-83-2026: The Purpose of the application is to gain relief from the Zoning By-law, as set forth in the application and described in the list below:
The effect of this application, if approved, would recognize the current location of an accessory building and permit a lot addition that would result in a reduced rear setback. The lot addition would also eliminate the existing encroachment of the accessory building onto 7081 Mapleward Road. Variances to change the definition of the front lot line at 7057 Mapleward Road and 7081 Mapleward Road recognize the functional frontages of the properties.
