Notice is hereby given that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay, at its meeting held on Monday, September 24, 2018, declared surplus to the City's requirements pursuant to the City’s policies, the following property:

The City’s interest in the portion of the Lane allowance located between Queen Street and the closed portion of Hester Street and adjacent to 326 Memorial Avenue (C210) containing an area of approximately 168.25 sq m /1811.03 sq ft. to be sold to the abutting property owner for lot consolidation and enlargement purposes at appraised market value;
