PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay, at its meeting held on Tuesday August 11, 2026, declared the interests of the following lands as surplus to the City's requirements:

(G42) The City’s interest in the vacant property known as 1702, 1706 and 1708 Francis Street West and Part of Metcalfe Ave. (Untraveled), being Lots 6-9 and

Part of Lot 10, Block 4 Registered Plan W185, AND Part of the untraveled portion of

Metcalfe Avenue Registered Plan W185, Thunder Bay, containing an area of 2,090.81 sqm (0.52 ac).

Please note all site areas referred to herein are approximate.
