Quest: Tech & Gaming, the City of Thunder Bay’s celebration of innovation, creativity, and play, returns to Fort William Gardens on Friday, May 9 (10am – 6 pm) and Saturday, May 10 (12 pm – 6pm) — and this year, it’s bigger than ever!
Presented by Ontario Power Generation, the 2025 edition of Quest: Tech & Gaming expands to include the Fort William Curling Club, offering even more hands-on experiences across the fields of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM).
New this year is a Silent Disco—a unique headphone dance party experience where participants can tune into music channels and dance to the beat of their own choosing. It’s just one of many interactive activities planned alongside gaming stations, virtual reality setups, tech displays, creative stations, and more.
“This event is about sparking curiousity, inspiring future innovators, and creating space for fun, creativity, and community,” said Karen Kadolph, Special Events Developer with the City of Thunder Bay’s Cultural Development, Community Programming & Events section. “We’re proud to offer Quest as a free, inclusive event that welcomes people of all ages and interests.”
Concessions will be available throughout the event. Whether you're a gamer, tech enthusiast, artist, student, or just curious — there’s something for everyone at Quest!
