Notice is hereby given that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay, at its meeting held on Monday, June 24, 2024, declared the following land interests:

The lane allowance located adjacent to 72 and 76 Junot Ave. described as Part of Lane and Part of Lots 30 to 40 (Both Inclusive on Registered Plan M-37 Being Part 1 on Plan 55R-15140.

195.08 m² (2099.8 ft²).  The City proposes to stop up and close and exchange the Lands with the abutting owner.
