Memberships and Green Fees

Membership Information

We will only be selling memberships online this winter unless you need to make special arrangements for payment. Call the Supervisor of Golf Services at 807 626-3122.

Note - Club Storage at Chapples and Strathcona will not be sold online. Please talk to our clerks at the courses when we open in the spring. Those with existing club storage will have up to May 15th to purchase their existing spot. After this point open spots become available to anyone else.

City of Thunder Bay Employee Payment Plans

• Payment plans are no longer available for the next 2025 season.

Monthly Payment Plans 

• Golf services will not provide a Monthly payment plan for the 2025 season. We do take credit card for all membership purchases.

Members Referral Program 2025

• If you are a current membership holder, you can refer a new member in the current season that was not a member in the previous season to receive a $100 Gift Card with Golf Thunder Bay. (child and junior memberships do not qualify for the referral program) This gift card can be awarded to the existing member or as a gift to your new member. You can email the member name and referred new member to pat.berezowski@thunderbay.ca. Last day to refer a member is May 31st.

Other Plans

• Family Membership plans - add a junior or child membership for a discounted price to any full membership with all other juniors or children golfers in the family for Free. Offered to parents and grandparents. 
• Age Membership Requirements - whatever gives you the best rate. If you turn 60 years old in December of the current year then you qualify for the older adult rate. Same with juniors, children, youth and intermediate rates.

Gift cards

Gift Cards are available at the Golf Courses in season or through our Online Store during the winter off season. Online denominations of $100, $150, $200, or $250, as well as Packages of Gift Cards if you are wanting to purchase multiples. Purchase them at our online store and we can mail out the gift cards to you for a $5 fee added to the purchase.
