New Culture Plan

The City is developing a new culture plan for the City of Thunder Bay and its partners with cultural planning consulting agency, Nordicity. The plan's development will span from June 2023 to June 2024 with stakeholder and public engagement helping to inform priorities.

Please check back for details throughout the process. We look forward to shaping the future of arts, heritage, and cultural development with everyone!

Stakeholder and Public Engagement

Thank you to everyone that provided input during the public and stakeholder engagement period. A number of stakeholder roundtables, interviews and community pop-ups took place from August to October.

Input is now being used in addition to sector research and community assessments to help inform the development of the plan.
