Notice is hereby given that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay, at its meeting held on Monday, December 20, 2021, declared the following land and easement interests surplus to the City's requirements:
(F98) An easement interest over land known as Alice Avenue, being Part of Lot 1, Registered Plan 622 designated as Part 2 on Reference Plan 55R-1028 containing an area of apx. 705.04sq m, for utility purposes at the request of Enbridge Gas Inc.
(A103) A vacant strip of land between 270 and 272 Francis Street West, being Part of Lot 176, Registered Plan W-42 containing an area of apx. 79.45sq m; be sold to the abutting owners of 270 Francis Street West for the purpose of a lot enlargement
(OS2) Three vacant lots located in Armstrong, Ontario be sold on the open market at appraised market value. Lot 115, Plan M85 fronting on Queen Street and Lots 155 & 156 Plan M85 fronting on Princess Street, total area of 2,409.99 sq m.
