The City of Thunder Bay’s Live on the Waterfront performance series, proudly presented by Ontario Power Generation, returns this Wednesday from 6 pm to 9 pm at Marina Park. This week’s free concert will showcase a diverse blend of music genres including rock, country, Mexican folk and more. The featured performances include Natalia Arroyo, Tim Albertson and The Free Label with MC Ron Kanutski.
6:00 pm: Natalia Arroyo
An award-winning multi-instrumentalist and composer, Natalia blends traditional music from northern Mexico with a mix of jazz and folk, resulting in a beautiful fusion of sounds.
7:00 pm: Tim Albertson
Born and raised in Hurkett, Ontario, this small-town boy brings a stadium-like sound to the stage. Tim’s contagious energy is not to be missed by country music fans.
8:00 pm (Headliner): The Free Label
A band of six multi-instrumentalists and vocalists from Toronto, The Free Label’s music is a fusion of 70s disco, 90s R&B and high-energy funk. Their natural chemistry and captivating live performances make them an instant favourite.
