Pioneer Ridge & Jasper Place:
The Provincial Government has announced a staged plan for resuming visits at Long Term Care Homes which includes strict rules and requirements. Pioneer Ridge and Jasper Place are working hard to prepare to welcome back visitors. This includes putting in place all the necessary health and safety protocols so visits are done safely without jeopardizing anyone's health. The well-being of residents and tenants remains the top priority. Families will be contacted as soon as arrangements for visits are finalized. Thank you for your patience as we work to reunite families safely.

Arrangemetns can be made for FaceTime or window visits by calling Pioneer Ridge at 684-3956 or Jasper Place at 684-2928.

We discourage items coming in and out of the buildings; only essential items for the health & well-being of our tenants and residents can be picked-up or dropped off. Contact Pioneer Ridge: 630-5253 or Jasper Place: 684-2990 to make arrangements.

Staff are working very hard providing quality care for our residents. This may affect their ability to answer the phone during peak times. Please avoid calling the home areas unless it is an emergency. If you have any questions or concerns, please direct these to the Business Office: 684-3910, or Administrator Office: 684-3917.
