Posted on Thursday, November 12, 2020 07:00 AM
The City of Thunder Bay’s bike lanes are scheduled to close from Nov. 15, 2020 to April 30, 2021. On-street parking restrictions may be lifted in some bike lanes—check signage.
Motorists should continue sharing the road with cyclists and avoid driving in bike lanes throughout the year.
Thunder Bay’s bike lanes reopen every year on May 1 as spring street sweeping allows. At that time, parking restrictions in the bike lanes will be reinstated.
