The City of Thunder Bay is pleased to announce Canadian singer songwriter Basia Bulat will be bringing her immense talent to Live on the Waterfront, Wednesday, July 17, presented by Ontario Power Generation.

Basia Bulat, a Juno Award and Polaris Prize nominee, has spent the past two years touring all over Canada and Australia. Bulat is a staple of the Canadian Folk scene, and has shared the stage with performers such as Daniel Lanois, St. Vincent, Arcade Fire and many others.

Robert Bortuzzo Brings the Stanley Cup to Thunder Bay

Robert Bortuzzo, of the Stanley Cup-winning St. Louis Blues, will be bringing the Cup to Thunder Bay to celebrate his victory with local residents. A free public event will be held on Tuesday, July 16, from 1 – 3 pm at the DaVinci Centre.

Everyone is welcome to attend and see Robert with the Stanley Cup. Attendees must bring their own camera for photographs, and in order to accommodate as many people as possible, only one picture will be taken per family and no autographs will be signed.

City Makes Safety Top Priority for Evacuees Currently Here
