Citizen Satisfaction Survey Underway

The City of Thunder Bay has commissioned Ipsos, a professional public opinion research company, to conduct the 2019 Citizen Satisfaction Survey by telephone to a random selection of residents.

The survey will take place over the next two weeks and will end mid-April. The survey includes a wide range of topics including the most important issues facing the community, quality of like, importance of and satisfaction with municipal services, and communication needs.

The City of Thunder Bay is inviting food vendors, product and service vendors, artists, artisans, and community groups to apply to participate at the City’s annual events series. An Open Call for Talent is also available for the upcoming season.
