The Planning Services Division would like your comments on a proposal to:

• Add “Parking Lot” as a permitted use on the property.
• Establish any other development related proposals.

The effect of this amendment would be to demolish the existing single detached dwelling and construct a “Parking Lot” with approximately 14 spaces for the adjacent school (École catholique Franco-Supérieur).

The Thunder Bay City Council passed By-law 1/2022 on the 11th day of April 2022, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.
