Archives Open House and Public Tours Celebrate International Archives Day

May 31, 2017 - The City of Thunder Bay Archives will be celebrating International Archives Day on Friday, June 9, with an Open House and public tours. Residents are invited to visit the City Archives to take a behind the scenes tour of the facility, see the newly renovated public research area, explore the collection and view an onsite exhibit. May 31, 2017 - A section of 20th Side Road will be closed on Thursday, June 1, to through traffic, due to railway track repairs. 20th Side Road will be closed between Arthur Street and Rosslyn Road. The work is expected to take up to eight hours starting at 9 am.

May 26, 2017 - The City of Thunder Bay is investing $34.7 million in 2017, on road and sidewalk rehabilitation, residential paving, sanitary and storm sewer and watermain repair/replacement, bridge and culvert work, and streetlight renewal.
