The table below summarizes all active development proposals including Zoning By-law and Official Plan amendments. These proposals require approval from City Council  before they can proceed. Some proposals remain active because they received conditional approval from Council and are in the process of meeting conditions. Others have been appealed to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) and await a final decision. Proposals which are approved by Council and are not appealed within the appeal period may proceed.
