Photography Club

Drop-in program, No registration required. FREE
Please note there are no instructions or equipment provided, please bring your own camera/device.

Drop-in program, No registration required.

Location: Mario’s Bowl, 710 Memorial Ave

Price: $18.05, bowling shoes included(prices may vary)

Drop-in program, No registration required. FREE

Location: Army, Navy and Air Force Veterans Club (610 Simpson St.)

Indoor Walking Program

LU Hangar Walks 

Drop-in program, No registration required.

Free walking program, sponsored by Superior Hearing

Location: Lakehead University Hangar, 955 Oliver Rd

Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays from Oct 30th – Dec 18th

Time: Tuesdays, 2:30PM-3:30PM

Time: Thursdays, 10:00AM-11:00AM

Parking Passes will be available through the LU Parking Authority and can be contacted at (807)343-8110 or by email at parking@lakeheadu.ca. Parking can also be paid on site for $1.50 by Scanning the QR code on the meter or visiting the security desk through the main doors

Coffee Shop Hop

Drop-in program, No registration required. Purchase your own coffee or treat and join us and other seniors for coffee and a chat!

55 Plus community volunteers

Volunteers host recreation programs for people 55 plus throughout Thunder Bay, including: Wit Knits, Superior Hearing Hangar Walks, Aqua Energizers, summer outdoor walking programs, summer mixed slo-pitch league, and much more.
