We offer Birthday Parties at the Complex where you can swim in the pool, ride the thunder slide and celebrate in our pool-side party areas with pizza and refreshments.

The base cost for a birthday party at the Canada Games Complex is $200.33 + HST. Parties are 2.5 hours long and include 10 children, 2 pizzas, 10 drinks, and party essentials (plates, forks, and napkins). Just bring the cake and the kids — please remember to bring a knife for cutting the cake.

Additional children, pizza, and drinks may be purchased. Extra children are $3.00 + HST per child, additional pizzas are $15.00 + HST each, and extra drinks are $1.00 + HST each. Parties with more than 12 children require the purchase of an additional party area for space at $52.94 + HST.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your party, please call (807) 621-6874 at least two weeks prior to your scheduled date. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be invoiced $50.00.

🎉 As a special thank-you, the birthday child will receive one complimentary swim pass to come back and swim on another day.

Admission Policy

  • A child less than 7 years of age (swimmer or non-swimmer) must be accompanied by a guardian who is 13 years or older or an adult who is 18 years or older (ratio 1 adult to 2 children) who is responsible for their direct supervision (“within arm’s reach” in the pool). Patrons must remain in the shallow end unless they can pass the facility swim test in which case they may swim in the deep end accompanied.
  • Children 7- 9 years old who are non-swimmers (do not pass the facility swim test) must be with a guardian (ratio 1:2) or an adult (ratio 1:4) who is responsible for their direct supervision, within arm’s reach, and must remain in the shallow end.
  • Children 7 – 9 years old may enter the pool unaccompanied if they pass the facility swim test.
  • Patrons 10 years of age or older may enter the pool unaccompanied.  Patrons who cannot pass the facility swim test must remain in the shallow end. Patrons who pass the facility swim test may swim in the deep end.
  • Children using flotation aids must be “within arm’s reach” of an adult or guardian who is in the pool.
