The Thunder Rays Masters Swim Club consists of adult swimmers wanting to increase their fitness levels in a fun, safe and friendly environment. The club motto is Fun, Fitness and Friendship.  Members must be at least 18 years old.  Coached workouts are available 3 days a week, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, in reserved lanes at the Canada Games Complex from Sept/October to May.  Workouts are designed to help each swimmer meet their goals and become a more confident, proficient or competitive swimmer.  There are minimum requirements for all new swimmers, which will be assessed by our coaching staff, prior to joining the club (i.e. being able to swim at least 200 metres continuously, with face in the water).  Costs include a club membership fee and payment to access to the facility.  For more information check out the Thunder Rays Masters Swim Club website.   You can also contact the Rays by email at thunderraysmastersswimming@gmail.com
