The Thunder Rays are swimmers 18 or older who love to swim for fitness and competition. Triathletes are also more than welcome to join up and swim! They have coached workouts Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 10:30am at the Games Complex. You should be able to swim at least 50 metres of the pool comfortably with your face in the water and proper breathing techniques. Booking Your Group at the Complex

Groups of 20 or more people must pre-book by contacting the Facility Programmer at 807-684-3724. Group rates are available.
