Conquering Fears to Help Kids in Annual Fundraiser

September 13, 2016 - Conquer the Tower is the new name of the local fundraising event that will see business and community representatives taking a plunge from the towers at the Canada Games Complex on Thursday, Nov. 10. 

Proceeds will support P.R.O. Kids and the Thunder Bay Diving Club.

Businesses can nominate a volunteer who will agree to jump from one of the platforms, based on funds raised by co-workers:

Doors Open 2016 - Opening the Doors to Thunder Bay's Rich Heritage

September 8, 2016 - On Saturday, Sept. 10, more than a dozen historically, architecturally and culturally significant sites in Thunder Bay will open their doors to the public during Doors Open Thunder Bay. 

The purpose of the event, which is coordinated by the City of Thunder Bay's Heritage Advisory Committee, is to spark the interest of both residents and visitors in Thunder Bay's rich cultural heritage.

Treasure Exchange Days Return this Weekend

September 8, 2016 - The City of Thunder Bay's popular Treasure Exchange Days return this weekend,  September 10 and 11, giving residents a chance to discover one-of-a-kind treasures while reducing waste.
