When you demolish a building bigger than 10M2 (108 sq.ft.), you need a Demolition Permit.

The following is required for a Demolition Permit:

Please note: In order to obtain Sewer and Water approval towards the issuance of a Building Division Demolition Permit, the property owner, or designate, will be required to pay a fee of $5,000 for water service lines under 100mm and $7,000 for water services lines 100mm and greater, please contact the Environment Division at (807)625-2287 for more information.
