The committee examining the composition of Thunder Bay City Council launched a survey today so the public can provide input on potential changes to the composition of Thunder Bay City Council and the ward system.

The committee will be conducting significant consultation with the public in two phases.

A new dispatch system implemented by the province will provide better information to paramedics in Thunder Bay and the district starting January 24.

The new system, called the Medical Priority Dispatch System (MPDS) is an internationally used patient triage system.
