Water bills will be issued as scheduled despite Canada Post strikeThe City of Thunder Bay is reminding all Section 3 water billing customers, which includes the Westfort, East End, Parkdale, Arthur St, Victoria Ave and 25th Side Road areas, that water bills will still be issued the week of October 13, as scheduled, despite the ongoing Canada Post strike.
Customers are advised that bill due dates remain in effect, and payment is expected on or before the due date – November 14, 2025.

Customers who opt for e-billing will receive their water bills directly via email, ensuring timely and uninterrupted delivery.
