Crime Prevention Thunder Bay Engages Community in Safety Discussions
Crime Prevention Thunder Bay invites everyone to get involved and have their say during the Phase 2 Community Engagement process for Community Safety and Well-Being (CSWB) Planning. A series of virtual public forums are scheduled from March 2-18.
MECG Repeats Call for Assistance NowThe City’s Municipal Emergency Control Group met today with community partners as part of its ongoing management of the COVID-19 situation to receive an update on emergency response, pressures on the isolation shelter and an update on the request for assistance from the provincial and federal governments.
“We need support now to shore up the health human resources at our isolation shelter,” said Mayor Mauro.
PRO Kids Encourages Families to Skate in Support of Local Children & YouthThe community is invited to grab their skates and get active outside as part of the PRO Kids’ Skate-2-Win Campaign which runs until March 14.
